Logoutify is the publisher and operator of logoutify.com (the "Site") whereby Logoutify operates a search engine and various services (the "Services") available. For purposes of this Agreement, when "Site" or "Services" are referenced, such reference includes all hardware, software, and network resources necessary to provide said Site and/or Service.
When first-person pronouns are used in this Agreement, these provisions are referring to Logoutify.
As a client and the user of the Site or Services, this Agreement will refer to You through any second-person pronouns, such as "You", "Yours" etc.
The term "Data" explicitly refers to the data collected by Logoutify and accessible through its Services.
Revisions
These terms of service may be amended at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
General
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Any violation of our terms of service will result in immediate termination of Your account and Services without prior notice or compensation.
You may only use the service as it was intended to - using the service to cause harm to others is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Services in acts deemed illegal by the laws in Your region. You are responsible for obtaining your own legal advice regarding compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
Logoutify reserves the right to refuse to provide You with any Service for any reason. Logoutify also reserves the right to interrupt access to the Services to perform any maintenance operations as needed.
Before paying for any Service, please make sure your email address is reachable - you will be provided an API key and all other applicable details to access the Services provided by Logoutify via email.
If Logoutify cannot find a reliable way to provide you access to the Service because your email is unreachable after you purchase access to the Services, it may revoke your access to the Services.
After purchase, you are responsible for selecting the right API plan you've paid for when specifying your email address. If you select the wrong API plan, you will be granted access to that plan. If that's the case, inform Logoutify and your plan will be corrected.
Logoutify reserves the right to email you once in a while (say, once every 6 months) to ask you about the quality of our services in order to assess our audience using the email address you provide when purchasing access to our services. You are free to choose whether you want to participate in any surveys we conduct or not.
If Logoutify notices that your use of the Services may or does disrupt the availability, security, or performance of the Services for other people using the Services, it may limit or revoke your access to the Services.
If you purchase access to any of the services within Logoutify using cryptocurrency, you will pay more, but the services will not expire after a month. In such a case, Logoutify may limit or revoke your access to the Services at any given time for any reason or without a reason.
Payments
Every payment is final, there are no refunds whatsoever.
Charging back will result in immediate account closure.
If you want to cancel your subscription, please cancel it using the links in the receipt in your email, through the user control panel, email us from the email address you've purchased access to the API to, or cancel it through your bank.
If you've cancelled the subscription through the UserCP, the subscription will be cancelled and the API key will be removed from our database as soon as possible (we aim to remove API keys within 48-96h.)
When you purchase access to the plans in Logoutify using the payment processor LemonSqueezy, you will be provided a receipt upon successful purchase.
One-time payments with cryptocurrency grant one year of access to the services provided by logoutify.com. Access to those services can be limited or revoked at any time for any reason (e.g. abuse.)
For every purchase, UAB Haunter Media generates invoices. Logoutify provides receipts automatically upon purchase and invoices can be provided upon request to the email address which has purchased access to the API from.
The payment of a one-time fee does not constitute a guarantee of permanent or lifetime access. Logoutify intends to provide service availability for a minimum of half a year (6 months), subject to operational and technical constraints.
Should you want to receive an invoice for the items your company paid for, please email us from the email address you've purchased access to the API to - we will be glad to provide an invoice. We are working for this system to be automated.
The Data
Logoutify does not knowingly participate in the act of obtaining or distributing Data. Furthermore, Logoutify does not know how the Data was obtained. All Data is derived from public sources.
Logoutify strictly prohibits the distribution, extraction, or aggregation of its Data under any circumstances.
Neither Logoutify or any of its operators are responsible for any actions of users who use data obtained through or by using Logoutify.
Some of the data inside Logoutify is collected automatically from different souces. Neither Logoutify or any of its operators are responsible for the content of the data and Logoutify has no relation to the author(s) of the data in question.
Neither Logoutify or any of its operators are responsible for the functionality and/or actions of the resources that link to or use the functionality provided by Logoutify.
European data in the Service exists simply by the virtue of Europe being on the Internet - not because European audience is being specifically curated.
